First or Third person?

Well I was actually pretty suprised that this wasn't a topic already.And to be honest I always thought that helmet cam was the only way to be fast but some people have proved me wrong which got me wondering.

So..What view do you ride with and why do you think its better?

i use 1st person while riding by myself becuz its just me and nothing to worry about but online i use 3rd becuz i wuna see what people are around me and seeing what they are doing. just the way i think of it

1st person all the time.... I have a better feel for the bike using it. I can't stand 3rd person.

I use 3rd person all the time, i just think its a matter of which u feel fastes using.I thnk u should ride at ur favorite track in both 3rd and 1st and see which feels better and which you are fastest in.

It usually depends on the track for me. If the track is realistic then I use first person, and if the track is fantasy then I go for 3rd.

I use always 3rd person view,cuz i cant feel the bike,so i must have see it.I remember on pre-realese 5 i was using always 1st person view,but now i cant.

When I first started to play the game I used 3rd. Now I use first all the time. Since I'm used to first person, when I use 3rd the physics seem very unrealistic. Probably just the way I'm looking at it though.

I've always thought, how can this be a simulator if your controlling it in 3rd person?

People often (especially used to) say the physics were not like real life, and then after a heated discussion it turned out they played in 3rd person and said it didn't feel like real life... NO SH*T

When I started playing 3rd wasn't an option in game yet, so I learned and loved first.

Haha. I wish I could use first person but when the rider leans down I can't tell what I'm doing and then I actually move my head to try and see what I'm doing. I feel like a retard when Ido that. Any advise. I wanna use first person.

even if i was better with 3rd person view i would still use 1st person view as i also do. im all for realism lol.
