I actually did it for the first time like 2 years ago. Nitro Circus just reminded me that I never showed my girlfriend. It's actually surprisingly easy to do.

How do you do it? I wanna try it.

You should probably learn with a q-tip or something soft. You just have to feel around on the inside of your nostril for your nasal cavity and it goes right in there.
Here's what it looks like in x ray form. And what ever you do do not sneeze. Not that i'm advising you do it. Cause it can be dangerous if not done right. So if you hurt yourself you can't blame it on me.
