Watch the demo you posted. He can barely keep it on the track the whole race. When he hit you he had just messed up a jump, and was trying to get back on the track.

Sometimes lappers do funny things. Try to take it easy and laugh it off.

He does this out of the kindness of his own heart, we did not pay for dedicated servers in the small amout he asked us for this AWESOME game. Poor JLV! He has to assume the role of the driver on a bus full of little a-holes. If you see his post about behavior online you'll notice that he said
that rough passing is ok, demolition derby is not. Use that as your guideline for reporting others here so he doesn't have to wade through a bunch
of complaints about how someone got in your way after they fell or you tried to lap them and couldn't anticipate their flailings or even took you out trying to pass you. People are usually receptive to an apology unless they are one of the aforementioned a-holes.

If you want to report someone, give me the following info:
1. A description of what they did wrong.
2. A demo of the incident.
3. The numbers of the riders involved.

Rough passing is allowed. I'm only interested in banning people who are playing demolition derby instead of racing.
