Re: Making mxs compatible for normal perfromance Computers
Will this game ever have multi core instead of its single core? I have a i5 2500k sandy bridge and i can tell its more CPU for me then GPU. I run 100-10 100-9 1024x1024 and have handled all nationals with 60-70 fps except budds creek hit me hard this week in a 40 rider race i would spike from 60 to 30 and 20 at some points.

jlv told it several times...multicore support will not really help, since there is not much operations that can go parallel

I use the GTX 560 1024x1024 DDR5 PNY edition. Its ok but i would like EVGA GTX 560 2048x2048 DDR5 card. And i really like my processor it seems great for everything but seems to stress sometimes with this game. Rarely i notice it like at budds creek. With 40 i was only loading with 184 MB texture memory so i was not maxing out my cards ram im sure.Motofinne #375 wrote:What GOU do you have? i have also the 2500k but i had 40fps at budds creek.Yamaha285 wrote:Will this game ever have multi core instead of its single core? Nope i run my standard personal folder with 1000 + things in there. I'm not even sure how to make another folder work for this game unless i just name it the same thing?Motofinne #375 wrote:Wtf how is this possible?! do you have a special personal folder for the races? O and one more thing im sure they are but make sure your drivers are all up to date. When i had a drive that was 3 releases old it ran terrible then got up to date and run fairly smooth. I still want better performance out of my PC for games but its solid now. I want to add a SSD and utalize my 6g satas instead of my 3. I can change now im just lazy lol.
