JS7 and CP377 are out too.
Sucks so bad for Davalos. Heard it's possibly because of Visa/immigration issues. Lame. Such a Davalos thing to happen. Can't wait to see what he can do in the 250 class next year...

If true, this scenario makes a strong argument for why Toronto should have remained off the schedule. Not that it's the series' fault Davalos can't get shit together - seems to me that plenty of folks cross the border every day, so it's not an unreasonable thing for the series to expect of riders - but just the mere fact that a visa issue is keeping the points leader from racing. It's a bummer. 250E was looking to be a great series, which it still is, but this is a silly reason to basically knock 1 guy out of the championship hunt.
Same thing happened to Wilson years ago. I mean, it is considered a "world championship" so I guess it makes sense to lead the US at least once. I'm just surprised the Husky camp didn't figure this all out ahead of time or have Davalos race West coast.
I'd bet it was like Stewart. He assumed that details like that would be taken care of by managers etc. It was an issue with his visa. We lost a bunch of money to a British customer that got stuck in Canada after they found out he overstayed his visa.

My guess is that he has a harder time getting in since he is not American and if you have ever tried to do anything with a government agency you know it takes however long they take. Likely just started the process too late. Sucks though.
I understand its tough to keep up with things when your pro, but at the same time you have to keep track of your own shit especially when it comes to your own visa. No one elses name is on there...
