Ive recently upgraded my graphics card to a gtx960 superclocked and its just stuck at 58fps and ive talked to others and they get 125 fps with gtx650 ti
Ive even tried putting all my graphics settings in game and on the nividia control pannel onto more preformance settings
I play alot of black ops 3 i have maxed out setting v sync on and i get 105-110 fps all the time

Nvidia control panel -> Add Mx Simulator as an application. Turn V-Synch OFF
