Buried deep in a dense, swampy jungle is the final round of the 2009 Delta Moto Series and the rain has well and truly set in for this one. Backwash is the name of the venue and it's a gnarly but still relatively beginner friendly sand track. It has a combination of fast sweeping corners, high speed straights and some massive jumps. I drew heavy inspiration from the Halo 2 map of the same name, "Backwash", which is set in the swamps of delta Halo. The track was built using a multitude of bikes from the CR125 all the way up to the 2018 CRF450. Being set in the year 2009, I would recommend using the 125's, '06 to '09 250f's and 250 2-strokes and the 2011 450's/350 BUT, just know it doesn't actually matter, the track wasn't built with one subset of bikes in mind so use whatever you want. I put a lot of time into the smaller details, every type of soil you see has it's own unique roost and traction attributes, playing with roost is not only recommended but I personally believe it's required to feel the full scope of the track. Erode is not required or recommended but it should work pretty well depending on personal settings and preference. Also watch out, a vast majority of the objects have collision, I've left some parts without collisions for ease of access back onto the track in case a large mistake is made and re entry from beyond the fence line is required. There are a few little easter eggs and references hidden around the place, nothing crazy just a couple references to games, people that have helped me and a banner with questionable intent.
Track features working flaggers and TV cameras, check those out if you know how to use them!
