I've looked everywhere and I can not find a thread about the wheel skins not loading. Does anyone else know of a thread with this problem or know the solution to it?

What exactly do you mean with not loading? Is it just the stock ones after you select custom ones, or is it another problem? If so, pictures or some video of the problem could help, also do you get any error messages?

Yeah it is just the stock ones after I select custom ones. It says error can not load front number plate, front wheel, and rear wheel whenever I go into a track.

Some wheels require this pack. Try downloading and extracting that.
