I'm not sure but I think when it's 100% done? And I don't think he knows when it's done either, It's better if he doesn't tell when it gets released because, when he says it will get released tomorrow, and a problem comes up so he can't release it tomorrow, most impatient people will come on here and say "Why there's no skin yet blablablablablablabla, u said it was today blablablabla"
