Really it's just a lame excuse to call people names, Maybe stop lashing out at others if it doesn't all go the exact way you had wanted/planned it to, and perhaps people will be willing to help you again in the future.

yea ok, download pc wizard 2010 via google, just type in 'download pc wizard 2010' and it'll show up, then u can see what components are inside your computer, that should give us something to work with.

On the left there's all these icons, press the one on the top left, called system overview or something (god im horrible at computertalk in english.. o.O)..
