Overlay for single texture file

Does anyone have a decals file where they used just a single texture with HD overlay textures over the whole map like Motoboss's Unadilla?
I did try get the very top row done on my own, but I looked at Motoboss's from Unadilla and there was almost 3000 lines, so I gave up. I also noticed that Motoboss's aren't centered so it wont cover the whole map.
Sorry for being so goony and having to make a new topic for this, but I couldn't find a topic to ask.

Here is how far I've got on my own, but where the lines are in between textures is extremely noticeable, so I just want a decals file where they are spaced out properly and covering the whole map.

Well, thanks, but I can't figure out how to download it. I go to 2shared and I've clicked both Download buttons, then I wait 20 seconds on the ilivid or whatever website and it says "File Not Found".
