but it sounds like you don't have the correct version of .net 4.0.
try to delete any version (of 4.0 not earlier versions like 3.5 etc) that you have and install the version from the link in the first post.

I did but it still comes up with the error....one suggestion I have is that we could use teamveiwer and you could do it for me

You're sure you installed both files in the "SSCEruntime-ENU.exe" package, if you have a 64 bit OS, or just the x86 one, if you have a 32 bit OS?

those are the only 2 dependencies this app has. if those 2 are installed correctly it should work, and I don't know why it wont.

If you really cant get it working then i suggest you to wait for the new application that is comming out. That one has everything built into itself, and it uses .net3.5 which is installed by default in vista, 7 and XP (standard in SP2, I think), it also doesn't have nearly as many bugs as this application does. so it will most likely solve your problem.
don't know when it will be released since I'm quite busy, but i'm working on it.

The updated version 3.1 fixes a number of issues.

• • Moved database to a better spot to increase availability and reduce permission issues.
  • Using a new database that is smaller and increases performance slightly.
  • Fixed an issue that caused the app to not properly edit values after editing a setup.(try editing, then closing and opening the app, if the value reverted back to the old then you should download this update)
  • Changed column name "steering strenght" to "steering strength", trying to load an exported xml file from 3.1 into 3.0 will result in the steering strenght being blank. from 3.0 to 3.1 a conversion has been implemented in the application so it should work correctly.

I hope this is the last change i feel pretty confident about it.

if the application crashes at startup you most likely need to install SqlServerCe SP2, the install package is included in the installation folder.
first uninstall any versions of "Microsoft SQL Server Compact" that may be installed.
Unpack "SSCEruntime-ENU.exe" to any location, then open that location and if you are using 32bit operating system install the x86 version, if you are using 64 bit you will need to install both x86 and x64.

Installation:
If you do not have the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.0 installed the installation will automatically ask you to install it.
Follow the rest of the setup as you like.
The setup will create a shortcut on your desktop and in your start menu.

Important for people with a previous version of MXS BSA!:
to get your setups from 3.0 into 3.1 you can export all setups to a xml file from 3.0, then import that xml file into 3.1. it has to be done this way because of the new database.
This is an entirely new application, it will not ask you to uninstall the last version.
Do not try to install it in the old directory as this would just create a mess on your hard disk. The default install directory is “program files\MXS Bike Setup Application 3.1” it is recommended you leave it that way.
You can uninstall the old version when you’re done installing v3.1.
Once v3.1 is installed you can import your setups through the import functionality.
once setups have been imported there is no more need for the "MXS Setups" folder (of versions 1.0 to 2.3) in your personal folder.

i dont know why but i can get this work there reads only "error, and we have to close MXS Bike Setup Application" or sumthing like that what i have done wrong??

why did you quote the entire first post?

anyway. read the last 10 posts or so. it sounds like the same problem.
double check if you installed the correct things. If you can't get it to work, I suggest you wait a bit for the new application.

once again, terribly sorry for all the problems, and most of all the fact that I can't solve them.
all i can do at this point is make sure the new application doesn't have this many bugs/problems. Which, i can assure you, it doesn't.
