help with the performance of my pc

hey guys im new to these forums and know next to nothing about computers but would love to get in on this game and away from the mva alive crap. so here goes i have a dell dimesion desktop with a 2.41 gh.z proccessor and 4 gb of ram.

what i need help with is a cheap,preferably $60 and under graphics card to run the game. i am in no means a hardcore gamer so it doesn't have to be the top of the line one but something to spruce it up and help with lag.

if you could help me figure out what to put in and if my computer will even run the game or what i sould do to improve please tell me! thanks guys cheers.

also i don't have the ram installed yet, so if i put that in would that cut back the lag and then it would be unneccassry for the graphics card?

I'd say 2 GB or more will be plenty of memory. For the video card, Tom's Hardware's Graphics Card Hierarchy Chart might be helpful.
