Nope. http://store.steampowered.com/app/107410/ is named ARMA III Alpha, but if you read the description, it says alpha includes access to Alpha, Beta and the Full Game when it releases. The $50 purchase is the digital deluxe version which includes some misc. stuff and a free game.
