can someone please explain to me on how to make the ultra hd screenshots, just like this guy used for an example of the gear?

Turn your graphics all the way up, including the ones in your GPU's control panel.
and lots of photoshop editing. There's also a tutorial that p2sta did.

dumb question, but when i open it in my photoshop theres a green filter over the layout with merry christmas text over it. how do i get rid of that?
