I wish I had the time to do that to my 125. I hate my blue frame with a passion, and it has rust spots that I just discovered from where my frame guards were. :/

What are you doing to it anyway? Grinding it down to get to the original metal, or are you painting over it with a different color?

yea true true.. unless you put a bunch of coats on it it would probably be alright .... a can, could come out nicely if you know how to paint correctly

with the can its easy
1.shake can alot
2. spray it on somthing for a lil
3.paint even strokes and continous like dont cut half way like psshhh pshhh pshh just ones whole pshhhhhh haha and stay about a mm 6 inches away
4.dont buy cheap shit
5. when your done hold the can upside down and spray it on somthing til paint stops coming out but most of the new ones have it so you can paint any direction and self cleaning tips.

OH! and dont stay in one spot for too long or else it will run but since its a frame you wont really notice it anyways

Actually it is better to use the pshh pshh method, maybe not so noticeable on a thin frame but on something like a car bonnet it is impossible to get an even coat in a continuous spray unless you are a machine. Just think, you spray a line and it doesn't cover fully so you go back over it. The spots where you paused and changed direction now have twice as much paint as the rest. If you had let off the trigger when you finished your line you could just start back up and spray a nice even coat.
