Re: Upcoming Models #2
Yeah it's the 2015 tm fourstroke model, sponsored by TMFR. Note that the airbox is placed on front and the fuel tank will be rear and there will be a filler cap on the right side plate. so that's why the strange "fuel tank" there without a cap. The two strokes will have everything normal way tho and they look better imo but yeah not bad looking bikes and actually I like the design, just a bit too KTMish.

Yoshimura RS-9 for CRF 450-WIP
needs fixing:
-norms
-rivet placement
-materials
-bracket texturing
If anyone has any criticism (or complements) let me know!
Idk if it is a lighting or a material error that is occurring or the right side of the image. if anyone knows and could help me, that would be sick!
(im using blender cycles)

Re: Upcoming Models #2

Working on my RS-4 again, looked back at the comments on the low quality and decided to make it on a higher resolution, still working on it if anyone has any feedback.

16-18 edged cylinders (If I counted correctly) for in-game exhaust models is good amount for a an exhaust pipe with good norms. For a render piece you'll never get it to look that great.
If you are a bad ass bitch and don't care about polycount such as I, then you just make her a 24 edged cylinder.

@m121c yeah i went with 16 for it, its better to use high poly's for renders but since i wanted to kinda show off the model and get some tips to improve it i thought it was better to post the low poly.
I am still having some quality issues idk if thats from me having to shrink it down on templates so it fits correctly or its just me not setting up the UV layout correctly.

Hey Andy hello. It seems it is time to get to work http://w1.motogon.ru/ru/news/announcement/3430Andy_Hack wrote:Yeap, the shrouds need a little more work, the only problem for me right now is the lack of motivation, since these plastics will probably be old in, lets say 2 months alreadyJre wrote:The shrouds def looks like a bit wavy to me at some points and I think that's what you are talking about. But nothing too traumatic there and overall the whole thing looks really good.
Thanks for the feedback!

Here I was thinking the Yamaha's were ugly. KTM always looking for new ways to lower the bar. Where is James Cameron when we need him?!
