Re: Game Suggestions
Thing is, it does. You just know how to correct it in real life. Think about it. You've never blitzed whoops and had your ass go side to side (huck-a-buck?) It happens. If you land on your front tire, and your rear is out of line, and your front is slightly off center, your going to tuck the bars and maybe wreck. If your leaned over into a rut, and pop out, and you hold that same angle, you'll tip. You know how to counter it in real life, like the rest of us. You just don't know how to counter it in game yet.
#1 piece of advice I can give when jumping in MXS: Always land with your bars straight with the direction of travel. Don't land with them even 5% off.

Re: Game Suggestions
that's what i meant, make it appear on the hud for let's say two seconds when you pass close to the pitlane, not seeing it on the track, of course it would be unreadable.Voutare wrote:What I could see is a pitboard showing up on the HUD like it is now, but for only one timing gate, and going away after (near the pits).
sorry today my english is worse than ever..

Am I the only one who washes out in flat off cambers and gets tripped by ruts in real life? I can't imagine taking a turn on the back side of a berm unless I was going at walking speed!mario773 wrote:irl

Re: Game Suggestions
but what i think is that it should be a little less sensitive cause when i go over a berm my legs are right there to catch me so it just messes me up and doesnt make me fall over so IMO i think the leg on the rider should come out a little more often and in just about every berm my leg is out all the time and i noticed it usually only comes out on either really low berms or slow berms in this game, you know?

Re: Game Suggestions
jep , got the tires , to bad theres only one collor but its stil nice
lol watching the youtube vids is making me better at the game
im not fast yet .. :p 2.51.156 laptime @ redbud
@ the question , you got ruts and ruts .. in a long turn i often get my front wheel on the outer side of the rut and drift around the corner
and indeed , any mistakes , you tap the ground with your foot and 9/10 you dont crash , fcource at high speed you cant make mistakes

Never.
If you read back a few pages, you will see that he has answered that.

jlv wrote:Viscous friction will be the next thing I do after I make a few more minor changes. However, I doubt it will make you happy. This game will always be about pushing it right to the edge without going over. Viscous friction will make you lose traction more gradually, but to keep up with the top riders you will still have to be right on the edge of control.

Re: Game Suggestions
just my 2 cents, but right now the game is sticking good, will be a little bit better with the new friction, but it seems realistic. I think I've washed more on my real bike than in this game (I really hate the dunlop d742, with a passion).
