I have A question on the numbers. If somebody would pick lets say 48, and Another person also picks 48, But is not in any of the classes together, will they both run 48?

Yeah. They can both use the same number if they aren't in the same class.

Will their be a list of numbers up anywhere? Like to see what number we got and who has each number?

I see that i have single digit numbers in Open Pro and 250 Pro, but I have only raced EMF races this season except for one Open rF race. Can i race pro, or should i race Allstar?

Numbers will be given out after the regionals. You can run whatever you want at the regionals.
