My only concern is what if this happens tomorrow but he doesn't check up and it makes him crash. Is it situational or if I make anyone crash at any point am I getting the boot? Not sure where the line is drawn, that's my only question.

IMO Devin, you ride aggressively but that doesn't mean its wrong. Just keep it natural and dont do anything like San Diego and I think you'll be okay.

This is why I protested you. Because you did it on accident. You are not pro material because you don't use your head. You took a line that you knew would cross my line(as well as haley) and you held the throttle on knowing you would hit both of us. You are not fast, you do not have skill, and you should not be trying that hard to keep someone behind you. If you can't beat someone without taking them out, you don't deserve the position. Feel free to post this in the thread so everyone can see why I sent the protest and.
