2017 Outdoor Discussion
Re: 2017 Outdoor Discussion
Oh, I know he retired because he was burned out and just not into it anymore, but I'm just bummed he left this title on the table by retiring after SX. I really feel he would have walked away pretty easily with it. I think its funny how people were saying he retired because of tomac...he'd be miles ahead right now. Honestly I just miss seeing him out there, but then people would be complaining about how boring he makes it. Really makes you realize how much of a once in a life time rider he was, along with RV, RC, JS, CR, MC, and all those other guys. Shame people didn't appreciate him when he was still racing for how good he really was.

He didn't leave it on the table, he retired before it began. It was never his to win in this casecmv950 wrote:but I'm just bummed he left this title on the table
Re: 2017 Outdoor Discussion
I get this, I'm just saying IF he had stuck around, he would have had a very high chance of winning with how everyone is riding right now. Poor choice of wording from me. I know he didn't actually leave it on the table since he quit before it started, I'm just saying it feels like he did seeing how far he could be up right now.
With that being said, I'm rooting for Bagget right now. He hasn't looked this good since 2012 on 250s. I feel if he can become consistent he will be hard to beat outdoors, especially if Tomac and Musquin keep messing up like this.

He's from Michigan. John Dowd was retired when he showed up at Southwick and finished 3rd in 2009.Wahlamt wrote:I thought Nick Wey had retired?

Seriously what does Langston have against Ferrandis? He's Always so negative about him for some reason. I think he is doing great actually.
