I didn't know the name of the discord. If people in the "Sim MX" discord started talking about cheats out of the blue and someone was already in that discord and they got caught and he was involved, that's a shitty situation. I'm not arguing with the "zero tolerance" rule, Race, but if someone joined a discord labeled "MX SIM CHEATS" then yeah I do agree with the zero tolerance rule.

Again we put that policy into place to prevent the use of cheating in our events. Everyone that was banned for being in that discord (where the sole purpose of it is to develop the cheats) had plenty of time to see what was going on and leave. low key this is being treated as if it happened irl, i cant tell you how many discord servers im in just because i got a random invite so im in it.... if you have evidence thats one thing, but as it appears to me that you dont as far as i know, the way your logic sounds to me is if something happened to JLV like he stole the game or something and was facing legal action and the authorities came to you and said you are also accountable and will face consequences just for having the game... if that makes sense... if this was in person thats one thing because of being guilty by association but you dont have any proof he actually had contact right?

Ok so if i change my discord server name to "MXS Cheaters" that means that all that one entire discord server is for cheating?
this may be over exaggerated but you really think that itself was evidence to use. not saying you didnt have other evidence but its just a name, Thats like the fbi tracking people down and tossing them in prison because they were in a discord server called "illegal activities" or something ( i didnt want to say anything that would get me banned on here) again probably over exaggerated but my point is, it is one thing to be named something, it is another to be actually doing it) i aint trying to start beef but try and get everyone on the same understanding here

No. There was a discord made that had a sole purpose of being used to develop and distribute cheats. It was a locked down server with only around 10 members in it. The owner of the server was the person who was developing the cheats. You having a discord that has been up for a while with several members in it and randomly changing the name to "MXS Cheaters" would not result in a ban of all members in the discord.

no i get that, but my point is that if you had no clue what server this was and saw the title and i was in it then would u assume i partake? like i said before i don't join a server because of what goes down in it, i join because i wanna talk to my friends lmao
