shaders messed up

all of my shaders and textures are all messed up as in all the tracks I go on rather than the different ground textures blending in theyre all boxed around eachother even though I have my graphics settings set high and even when I put everything on best graphics theyre still all boxy and not blending in. anyone know how to sort this ?

Post a screenshot or video and it should be easy to diagnose.

Looks like erode with terrain shaders off on a track with a hand modified shadingx2.ppm file.
