Does anyone know why my sit button only works half of the time?

For some reason my sit button like barely works in the game. It only works about half of the time that i click it and it's making the game borderline unplayable. I know it's not a controller issue because i've even tried switching my sit button and everything in case my button just stopped working but it's doing it even with a different button. I also use the same button for sit/stand in MX Bikes and I don't have the same issue. I've been using this button on Sim for like the past year or so and it just recently started doing it. Any fixes? Oh and also my throttle has just started randomly cutting out almost like the bike is stalling or something. Super weird. Please give help.

Do you have it set to toggle? Do you have the same button/axis bound to anything else?

not bound to anything else and it is set to toggle.

Does it work if you assign it to a keyboard key?
