when i re downloaded sim i didnt have a personal folder i went to where sim was a created the personal folder could that be the issue? my tracks are all in separate folders

Hello my sim deleted my setup once again i need some help my advanced is good but when i whip or go over a jump my bike just pretty much stays straight what causes this?
