I got it but it says my registration key is invalid?

I purchased this game a while ago, and I just tried to install the snapshot, and it wouldn't let me. so I uninstalled the game, and tried to reinstall it and it says i have no space left, so i reset my computer, and it still says i dont have enough space to download it. Can someone help me out?
