Looking for someone to help me out with making skins. In the Army and just don't have the time to learn or the software to make my own. Willing to pay, if anyone is cool with helping me out!

None of the wheels will work. Any help would be appreciated

Pretty new to simulator so any help is appreciated. Ive downloaded several bike skins as well as wheel skins and not a single one of them work for the wheels. No matter what bike or skin I use the wheels never work. Anybody got any ideas on how to fix this?
