when i go into program files(x86) my mx sim file isnt there?

ive downloaded rims and they come up when i go to equip them but when i go to race or ride in general they dont come up . it says there is a error about my rims not loading also about my numbers on my plates what should i do about my rims not loading?

i have a lot of questions i know but, i have a alright set up but my leg doesnt go out a lot and i was wondering if there was a setting for it or i just dont have a good set up. ive tryed many set ups and i still have the same problem, what should i do?

i downloaded my rims just like all my skins and tracks and they come up when i select them but when i go to ride it says theres an error and cant load them and also my numbers???
