Trying to get an rF C license for Novice. Can't find it on there website. Says the membership is free but then on their page I only see places where you buy knobbies. If someone could point me in the right direction, I would greatly appreciate it.

New to the game. Have game downloaded, newest snapshot installed. I installed winRAR for the tracks. I downloaded a couple of the tracks from rF series....however I havent been able to join an online race as of yet unless it is the tracks that came with the game.
