when im trying to download zz file it just gives me codes then my computer freezes if i click on it not trying to be pain but i would like to have the update

dude this game rocks! but like wheeler175 says on youtube i look alittle stupid i can get bike graffics and tracks the only thing i can't get on the game is gear i download extract here cut and paste into personal mxs file and they don't show up what am i doing wrong yo
