thats all it says when ever i try to get on multiplayer, how do i fix it

i really like the 85s this one is by far the best but the shrouds are a little big and so is the front fender

im having way too much trouble with downloading tracks. i just got the full version and when i put tracks in the personal folder nothing happens in game

they dont come up as folders just things that say 7z file

they are in the folder but nothing happens in game.
