Re: I have a massive dilemma that needs to be solved.

Went with brown. I did not expect to pay that much for a passport either.

I have a massive dilemma that needs to be solved.

I'm sitting here filling out my application form for my passport, and I'm staring at one empty box. That box reads : 12. Hair Color _______ Now, what is my hair color? I remember being a child where it was blonde as can be, and now, it's kind of brown, but next summer it'll be more blonde, and a lit...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

That's like me running a bar and having people deal cocaine in the bathroom. It's my problem, as well as the dealer and the consumer. I know this is out of context but what is the problem you face ? I mean yes its illegal but that is not your responsibility and shouldn't even know about if it was h...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

Considering it's almost 3AM I'll read the article tomorrow, but I did skim it and i talked about how they said this: These sites pay everyone (no matter if the files are pirated or not) and have NO repeat infringer policy. However, it's been said that Mega Upload did the same thing. JLV, regarding r...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

Now, the US gov't arming Mexican Cartels? That's news to me. Not denying that it has probably happened, but I have done research on it, although irrelevant to the topic of megaupload, here is a little excerpt from my paper I wrote last year which you may find interesting: "Ironically, with the stre...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

I guess I'll need to read up on the DMCA more, specifically the OCILLA. It essentially labels websites as having limited liability for clients? Internet law definitively isn't my forte. Legislation definitely needs to be introduced making owners of websites liable for their websites, and more events...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

Yeah I wouldn't worry about them. Hacking into the DoD website and hacking into the actual DoD is completely different, and if they actually did manage to get into the DoD, don't you think that the government would consider it much bigger of a threat than it is or start prosecuting them? Anonymous i...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

Day one........ whats next ? This is the exact problem, even though there are plenty of other hosting sites, now we cant upload and share our stuff with others. #fedsGTFO Sorry for the double post. Technically it's not day one. SOPA isn't passed into law, or close to it. This was done under previou...

Re: bye bye megaupload !

Anonymous is just pissy because they can't get their porn. You want to know what I don't understand? The distinctive disconnect between virtual and physical business owners regarding illegal activities. When a shop owner owns a store, it is his duty to make sure that their business is working legall...

Re: Stop SOPA before it ruins the web

SOPA is not the issue... its just a coverup for the real scheme. This is nothing more then a fight between hollywood paying off congress to get after Sweden and other countries where USA rules do not apply, because there bitchy that they cant sue em or do anything LEGALLY. There just hiding these a...

Re: MXS Twitter

After reading what Voutare posted I don't see what's wrong with it, before I read that I thought it was portrayed to block a lot of other stuff that wasn't just illegal. What would happen to music in youtube videos though? If we bought the cd, (which they can't tell if we did or not) would all musi...

Re: Stop SOPA before it ruins the web

Not 1000 links, just what my opinion is. And here it goes: SOPA stands for Stop Internet Piracy Act. Essentially it is oriented toward torrent websites and illegal websites hosting such downloads. That being said, SOPA is specifically designed to shut down websites which host these illegal links and...
