Re: All kinds of problems
I see now. He's trying to change the properties of the exe instead of the shortcut. Change it back to mx.exe and then follow these instructions to create a new shortcut.

Re: All kinds of problems
I am as dumb as I feel I am.
Thats for sure. I guess I was reading it wrong and trying to edit the target field to include the --editor as part of the target itself.
Adding the --editor after the target field is how it works, duh, excuse my ignorance and lack of reading between the lines.
Again, thank you all so much!! I hate to tell this to people but being a mod and the developer you can understand this when I say it:
As a returning rider after a few years off from the street and taking back to my roots as a dirt rider MX Simulator has given me the oppurtunity to re-train my mental state as a rider to be mindful of inputs on the controls, it keeps my mind focused on my eyes scanning into the corners and helps with the mental conditioning that it takes to ride well in the real world.
I started catching air on a dirt bike last summer, rather than just hitting the enduro trails I was about the MX style too. No way would it have been possible had MX Sim not been there to teach the fundamentals of body position and throttle and brake input where as just throwing yourself at it with no prior knowledge or training can produce some painful and expensive results. Hence my dissapointment when my computer started having problems and then MX Sim started reflecting the issues! After getting my comp sorted, I had to get MX Sim sorted.
Again, JLV, DJ, yzmxer608, thank you so much for the help! I appreciate it alot! Now I can enjoy my morning coffee with a good old whip sesh.
