Constant problems with YZ250F

I download the models for the YZ250F put it in both the program files and documents and settngs, i've tryed mixing them with skins, removing other skins, but it still comes up in the grayish colour, ive read about 1 hours worth of infomation that didnt hel so this is my last resort, heres a screenshot



And before i get some bad comments, im only doing this because I'm buying thefull version and i want to make sure i get the most out of it. and dont direct m to the links with models and stuff, i know, ive read it and tryed it, i still fail.

So, are you saying you have the demo version? If so, you can't use skins other than default ones. You will either need to download the default skins, or rename a skin to yz250f.png

That's not true, you can use all skins for yamaha's (at least I could when I had the demo) maybe he doesn't have the samedi skin(which comes with the race model right?)
