But all the other tracks run smooth why doesn't the ones I download run like the ones in the game?

We can say it like this, a stock track is like worms 2001, meanwhile a downloaded track made by a good track maker with good textures etc, is like crysis

the stock tracks are pretty low on hardware requirements. newer tracks have higher res textures, more objects, etc that take more resources. if your computer is on the lower end as far as hardware then youre either going to have to upgrade some components or, more likely, get/build a new computer that can handle the game better. you can play this game on a lower end machine, my old HP for example had 1 gig of ram, 3 gig P4, and a 256mb video card, but would only run some of the newer tracks on low settings with just me riding. my new computer, with 8 gigs of ram, core i5 2400 (3.10 gig processor with 4 cores) and a video card with a gig of ram, runs almost everything with no trouble at all. just some screen tearing here and there like on JS7 compound.

so what are your system specs and maybe we can help you figure it out.

Those are pretty demanding tracks. Try the two track competition packs and my supercross tracks. Most of the tracks in those packs look better than the original tracks but are still pretty fast.
