Inside the Helmet: Arlington Supercross

Post by Osari52 »

Hey everyone,
I finally put together this brand new segment called Inside the Helmet where I interviewed multiple riders post race on Thursday and these are the interviews in full. It's kind of like Racer X's open mic articles.
Anyway I'll try to do these everyweek but no promises yet haha. I also had to split up the Lites into two parts this week because so many riders got back to me  The 450 guys were kind of lagging this week but thanks everyone who did respond.

Lites part 1: http://brauerblogs.wordpress.com/2012/0 ... es-part-1/
Riders featured: Gideon, Insignia, Ddavis, Sweendoggy, Prodigy, Nicke, and Phathry

Lites part 2: http://brauerblogs.wordpress.com/2012/0 ... es-part-2/
Riders featured: Justin653, Yzmxer608, Alec #277, Cody Darr, Robert, DJD, and McNeil

450 riders: http://brauerblogs.wordpress.com/2012/0 ... gton-450s/
Riders featured: Frederick, Carson, Fjeldberg, Hegge, Mikey, Brina, Taylor Barry, Jones

Thanks to Prodigy for all of the sick shots and thanks to everyone who responded again.
Hope everyone enjoys it! Thanks!

Well, at least your apology was sincere...

For the record, I wasn't talking about you when I discussed my difficulties passing...

I apologized so youd stop crying about it. and for the record. im the only guy you seem to be complaining about about the difficult passing so i just figured it was about me.

I was able to pass you fairly easily seeing as I did it twice in three corners...

In the interview I said nothing at all about people jumping sideways across the track. I don't know what else I can say to make you understand that my issue with you during the race has nothing to do with the racing we did, but how you just pinned it WFO into the side of me off the face of a jump. I'm not mad or hung up on it, as you can obviously see by the fact that I'm not posting in threads taking jabs at you. I think it was a stupid move, that's why I said something. Does two passes without touching you really warrant what you did to me?

Like I said, I don't mind a hard fought race, which is why I wouldn't call anyone out for being hard to pass. The collisions that I got the bad end of were with Robert, and Alec if you must know. Both were racing incidents, which is why I have no problems with it at all.
