Online restarting
Hey, I think you should make it so only the people who are racing can vote to restart... It seems like whenever I get into a good battle with someone the people who arent playing decide to ruin it by restarting the race even though they aren't in it... this wouldn't be a problem if people could just wait for 4 minutes
