This is the setup I use, I think I stole this from a SYS setup video or maybe another youtube setup (sorry for the lack of credit for whoever made this setup)
Either way, its worked well for me since the switch to the new update. Hope this helps. Also if you post your current setup it may help people figure out if its a suspension thing or a technique thing, and help them suggest settings to change.
