NEED INPUT PLZ thinking about buying a server to hold races

so im not the best at computers but i think i could handle this with practice but on to the question i have for you guys....... I think it would be a good idea to hold a maybe 5-10 round racing event with tracks that are suggested by the people national or supercross... im a AM rider and i like to race even if i suck but there are tracks out there i think are really cool if there was a race for Thanks ahead of time.
