Figure I'd post this here since it's dealing with the forum.
Think the forum needs some more organization. How about a separate forum for tutorials with sub forums for skins/models, tracks ect. Also make one topic that contains all stickys for that specific forum (so one sticky topic per forum with a link to each current sticky topic along with a description), here's an example: http://www.tech-forums.net/pc/f10/read- ... ex-142553/
Hopefully it would help with the repeat questions.
Oh yeah, can the color of the new posts be changed from yellow to like a dark grey or black? The yellow doesn't match at all and it's kinda ugly . Would it be hard to split the forum styles? I just love dark UI for some reason...

Well there would be more places to look but theres always a search button and if there was a specific forum for tutorials you wouldnt have to look for them in random threads o well who cares i would rather a cool intro video and sweet menus in the game anyways lol
You have to search for some of the tutorials now anyway, at least they would all be in one place instead of trying to look through unrelated topics for it.
I understand the style.
Can more rules be added? Some suggestions:
-No piracy or warez (linking or posting illegally obtained software), if it did happen and wasn't deleted I think your site could be attacked (authorities) or can that not happen?
-No posting ripped work, might stop people from ripping work if there is a chance for them to be temporarily banned.

Close enough? I believe the law in question would be the DMCA safe harbor provision for limiting liability of a service provider from the actions of its users.
