Singapore:
Minimum = 113ms, Maximum = 117ms, Average = 115ms
Tokyo:
Minimum = 120ms, Maximum = 128ms, Average = 124ms

location: 80km south of Sydney

my connection is fibre to my house (nbn we call it here) I'm running around 32mbps(just checked in peak time here at 8pm). upload is about 6- 9mbps.

and just to compare those servers to your server, I'm getting 230ms for 19803 elsinore server.
