Free Roam Camera?

How do I use the free roam camera? Need to know ASAP as I am trying to make a video. Thanks!

set "record demo" to "yes" and then when you get in game hit esc, then go to "playback race" , then hit tab a couple times ( i think twice) , then use the arrow keys to roam around, and i think the button that shifts the bike up lets you look up and shift bike down button allows you to look down.

Hit tab once in playback or twice in playback if you have editor enabled.
