mxsim.fr server Not working

So a couple months ago i had bought a mixsim.fr server (PrototypeRacing.mxsim.fr:19820) that i pay for monthly every months and last night i was playing on it with some homies and it says disconnected and i never stopped my server. i go into my dashboard and my uid is still in there so i restart it and go back in there with 3 people and i request a restart and it says 1/3 but usually it says 3/3. if you could help me out. please get back to me

Set yourself as admin in the dashboard again for your server, eventually restart the server afterwards.

I tried that and it still dont work. When i join the server it says ready then when the gate drops it says disconnected and i dont understand why
