What Should I run My Shock Spring Rate And Shock Preload At?

Idk what i should be running for shock spring rate and shock preload because when i make it like 75 50 it drags to one side, or if i but em at 30 60 the back fender goes down to the wheel... at the moment my things r at 55 45

try 75 spring rate and 350 preload
