Just want to play by myself

I don't want to pay for the full game because all I want to do is play by myself just without the restrictions of the demo, but really want to play the game and just wanted some advice on what I should do.

Buy the game. Seriously. AI is somewhat limited and eventually you will want to play with other riders.
