Hey, I don't have a TON of hours into MXS, so I know there is some skill issue, but I am desperately trying to take the physics OFF of Arcade... but as soon as I do I just crash non-stop. I have looked up all sorts of settings to try but nothing really seems to make a difference. Is there a good 'in-between' setup I should be trying?
Any advice is appreciated.

Turn off arcade physics and play the stock tracks. The best way to learn the game is to just try and make a lap around a track without crashing no matter how slow your lap is. It will be infinitely annoying if you pin it 24/7 and keep exploding.
Do not try to learn the game by riding the pro MX/SX tracks. Save those for once you know how to control the bike.
