Don't use fraps, you can get higher quality screenshots with the ingame screenshoter. FAIL!Zach_496 wrote:use fraps for screenshots retards!

Re: 2010-02-06 snapshot
So I've had a very rare problem that started with this snapshot but lately it has been happening 1/3 of the time I open MXS.
I start MXS like normal and the game loads up, then minimizes itself but it appears to minimize and maximize itself 3 or 4 times then it stays mini. After that no matter what way I try to open the program it minimizes itself again, and I have to end the task in the task manager. The worst part about it is it doesn't go away till I reboot my computer lol. I've checked to see if its my keyboard sticking, and if there are any apps open that might cause it but I cannot find a thing.

I never use end task because it never seems to work. If you have to use task manager, go to processes, find your app "MX.exe" in this case, and click end process. Will close it a hell of a lot more quickly than end task.

I have absolutely no idea if this would help, but try making (a) new shortcut(s).

Naw man I just explained in my post that I have to end the task=cntrl alt delete<end task lol. I've already tried creating new shortcuts also, and opening it from the mxs folder.

Yah my computers are riddled with antispyware and encryption software due to work lol. Not much I can do about it but I do not have this problem with any other game or program so idk

If you aren't already, try running it windowed instead of fullscreen.
