What fonts are you using for numbering your gears??

Ill use impact font for fox gear,because i heard that fox gears use them for their pro riders.

Yeah Impact is the one that people use a lot. Probably for the Fox too, they just stretch them a bit or something so they look better and stuff.

Ive always had a problem with making gear... like it never turns out correct...
Any advise?

I too use impact as well. I used to skin here and there on MCM2 so I got a few .psds of some gear and got to experimenting. After hours of messing around i finally found out how to. Big props to the gear makers out there.

I still don't understand. i literally try'd all night to get it to look correct and it never turns out good...

I found its easy to customize gear that comes with .psds. renaming the file as a .png is what you do after you put your name on it ect. ect. I can't make the gear itself...takes quite a bit of time to learn all of the concepts. Good thing we have multiple skinners in the mxs community hah.

Haha yea if we didn't and everyone had to make their own gear i think that would be a disaster haha. but you know.
