Where is that setting? I don't have a "whip speed" option.SCHAFFERNOCKER wrote:turn your whip speed up in the hidden menu I run mine about 6

Yea you hover your cursor over the stability and tap 6, then without moving the mouse you hold the right arrow until your stability is at 99. Then you hold the left arrow until it's at 69. You can't let off of it, you must hold it and let go right at that instant. Then once it's on 69 you tap Escape four times.ShackAttack12 wrote:Where is that setting? Just chill man. Take a while to get used to the physics of MX Simulator and have some fun, dont try going big straight away. With time you should understand how it works and all. You will get it.TheHopper wrote:okey, here the thing, i was racing and i saw a lot of guys, whiping so good, but good in a way they are fast as hell whipping, i dont know how they do for bringing back so fast. any tip? also i saw shacks attack whip and is aersome, how does he do to drift the front wheel just before leaving the jump? thank you, the tips would be really apreciated.

take that from the guy with 3 posts...but it is true. turn over hard on the face and turn back just before you go over the lip to learn to scrub. i learnt it on the finish jump on 2010 redbud, use time trail and do it over and over!RiotPark wrote:Just chill man. Having your steering strenght and max steering at the highest works pretty good

Re: who to do a quick whip? decent whip?
make sure you are not using sticky sit/dab, this will allow you to control the bike a little more. pushing your weight down and "Soaking it up" so to say, is how they used to scrub before the bubba scrub was pernounced.
Approach the face of the jump at a higher speed then normal, as your rider is going up the face of the jump, if you compress your riders knees (sit/dab) this brings the bike up into your forward momentum, keeping your distance, but will also counteract against the suspension's rebound effect and shoot you upward. This was at least how I learned to first scrub, and i figured it works IRL and MXS as well.
Until you gain better control of the rider and the feel out the physics, your just going to keep crashing and having crappy laps. One day you will just learn to scrub, you wont change anything, you wont be doing anything different, you will just learn. At least that was my case lol.
