New comer requesting some help

Post by Pheerz »

Hey guys i very recently this week bought the game and have currently been practicing and was wondering if anyone would be able to give me some tips

i play on a keyboard (dont say "get a controller") and am having a little bit of trouble finding braking keybinds, atm im using back and front on the same key (s), is there anything in particular i should be doing to practice right now im just running time trials on whatever stock track i feel like playing at the time

thanks in advance

Try to find some older tracks to practice on like mount eagleclaw. its tougher than a stock but not too tough.

As far as binds, i use arrows for leaning. and Z for clutch ,X for gas , C and V for brakes.

for keyboard i use:
up = throttle
left = left
right = right
q = sit/dab
w = lean forward
e = clutch
a = up shift
s = lean back
d = down shift
space = brake

good luck

right now im using

w = gas
s = back and front brake
a = lean left
d = lean right
up arrow = lean rider forward
down arrow = lean rider backward
left arrow = shift down
right arrow = shift up
shift = clutch
space = sit/dab

what im having trouble with is sit/dab i cant tell if im standing or sitting lol

This is my setup and it is very finger friendly for all of you FPS players out there.
Gas: up key
Left: left key
Right: right key
Front Brake: down key
Rear Brake: Num pad 0 (I use my pinky on it)
Sit/Dab (set on sticky): space
Clutch: Left Shift
Lean Forward: w
Lean Back: s
Shift up: d
Shift down: a
Pause: p
Screenshot: F12

I use sticky sit dab, and manual shifting. Stability on 20, and setup is mostly copied from Kawasakiz in that youtube vid. of his.
No pain, No gain!

Crank up both to 500. Thats what I got and I can fly into corners and stop completely in around 3 seconds
